First of all when you say Muslim that refers to followers of Islam. It's a religion not a language.
Assuming that was a joke, 'innit' appears to be a corrupted form of 'isn't it?' favoured by young second or third generation people of Indian and Pakistani origin.

It's a form of "isn't it?" and I think the pronunciation probably derives from a London accent. It acts as a rhetorical question at the end of a statement, to reinforce what has just been said and invite the listener to agree.
In "proper" English (whatever that is!), these invitations to agree take forms like "aren't they?", "wasn't it?" etc, depending grammatically on what was said before.
But many languages have an all purpose version (e.g. "n'est ce pas?" in French, or "nicht wahr?" in German). My guess is that ethnic groups in the UK may have similar expressions in the languages of their original countries, so they use "innit?" (meaning "isn't it?") on an all-purpose basis to reinforce what they have just said and invite agreement, rather than using a version which is more grammatically correct.
So, "I've given you an answer, haven't I?" becomes "I've given you an answer, innit?"

Abbreviation for Innuit (eskimos). Clearly the Muslims you meet are concerned about the spread of another culture in their midst and the fact that eskimo ladies do not hide their faces in spite of the cold even though every other part of their body is hidden.
