there is a shaving creme that is by Aveno it is in most drug stores. usually in the Black of Hispanic section...it is mild and eases the shaving experience.. or best yet get a very good electric razor.. a Braun is best.. no more bumps

Based on your avatar, it looks like you're african american - ya'll tend to get razor burn REAL easily. If you don't already, you need to get a special shaving cream/powder made especially for your skin. You can get it anywhere.

get a razor that gets a closer shave and try using some moisturizer
