There's a boy in my class, my friend likes him,were going swimming tommorrow for a class reward for boxtops. All of a sudden I overheard him say: "We get to see ------- in a swimsuit! Yesss!" my friend heard him and got mad at me! how can i explain to her that it not my fault?! (-------= i put that in place of my real name)

There is no explanation necessary, you didn't do anything wrong, she is jealous, wait for her to come apologize. Then you girls need a real heart to heart discussion!! This same type thing will happen many times to both of you. Friends can be forever the boy's are a passing parade.

If she won't talk to you try writing her a note. If she would be able to recognize her handwriting ask another close friend to help you out. Once you friend understands she should forgive you. All you need to do is paint the whole picture for her.

You need to tell your friend that you have no interest in him what so ever and as a matter of fact you hate him and if he doesn't know that she likes him then maybe she needs to make it known and maybe he wouldn't make such gestures. Good Luck!

Kindly explain to your friend that it's not your fault...that you didn't say anything. Tell her that you don't even like that guy and that you really hate him. Make sure she knows how much you hate that guy then that'll make her feel better.

explain to your friend thats its not your fault that guy thinks you are "cute". another thing you can do is not acually go swimming, just hang out with your clothes on.
