BTW, don't kid yourselves or believe the people who hate God.... "pro-choice" means you support abortion and abortion is the killing of an innocent baby.

"I suppose you are just as vocally concerned about the already born children suffering horribly in the world."
What is this person saying?? "There are people suffering so let's kill people"
That makes about as much sense as an athiest posting answers in the "Religion & Spirituality" section.

No, it is not possible.
Though many *call* themselves Christan and support abortion.
A passage from Scripture backs this up:
"You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and also the cup of demons. You cannot partake of the table of the Lord and likewise the table of demons." (1 Corinthians 10:21).

I suppose you are just as vocally concerned about the already born children suffering horribly in the world. Every seven seconds a child is dying somewhere from the effects of malnutrition and starvation. I suppose you donate all your expendable income to help stop this. I suppose you also support programs to help single mothers with child care and that you support birth control access and sex ed which have been shown to decrease the number of abortions. It amazes me how un-Christlike the dialog of the Christian anti-choicers is. I would think a Christian response would be doing everything you could to reduce the reasons a person would be in that position rather than angry judgementalness. Think of all the existing children in need that could have been helped by the amount of money that has been thrown into this making abortion illegal movement. As if abortion would stop, they won't until the need and reason for them stop. There are some difference between a fetus and a baby as well. There are also several places in scripture that many interpret to say that life and ensoulment don't really cement until the first breath.

There also comes a point with high risk pregnancies, that being 'Pro-Life' for the baby, can be Pro-Death for an innocent mother. As far as I am presently concerned; in such cases, the doctor should not be liable if he gets to a point that the doctor must chose life of the innocent mother or life of the innocent baby.

i do not support abortion in any way but let me tell you why there is so much controversy over this- there are many leaders in our country who have bought votes on this ticket. there are also many people who have had abortions and they have some what in common with those leaders. it's like the politicians want to make it legal for their purposes. while the people who want that option have itchy ears and even if it isn't according to the bible, if isn't against the law they can't be wrong. i guess that is where Christians and non-Christians really differ--it is a matter of morality and faith.

Not too many people will like this. Supporters of abortion are not Christian. Neither are supporters of any other kind of murder. A doctor can take a baby out of the womb, hold the little body in his hands, and then cut the cords of the spine, and then drain the skull of fluids, as the child spasms in his hands, and finally dies. I just can't imagine being around someone who makes their living by killing human beings. They must be psycho. How they convince a woman this is acceptable and good is proof of evil.
Those that take a woman to an abortion clinic to be support are not Christian also. If you don't agree, stand up for what you believe, because helping someone kill someone is flat out wrong.

Of course not. A Christian is someone who follows Christ, and no one who truly follows Christ can support the murder of innocent human beings. For Biblical perspectives on abortion, see:

Sure you can. You can be a very bad Christian, and one who is confused about the sanctity of life...but - Holy Baptism makes you a Christian. Nothing else. It's not a decision, it's not a belief....it's all Grace. Even the Faith we have is a Gift from God
As for the Judgment of the quick and the dead (including decisions on abortion)...that's God's Business and it's coming....
We should be worried about the "man in the mirror"
As St. Francis said: "Sanctify yourself, and you sanctify society."

You are not asking a question, you are making a statement. You are wrong. I have a friend, who is Catholic, who is in her fourth month, she just found out that her baby is terribly deformed. She is having an abortion. I am a Christian, and I totally support her decision, and I am SO VERY PROUD OF HER for having the GUTS to do the right thing. That child, if it even survived at all would only have a life of suffering. You are totally wrong to judge people, you are out of line, you are not God. Get off of your high horse, beyotch.
How many of y'all think that I will get "best answer" for this one?

no way. you CAN NOT be a christian and support abortion. getting rid of your baby is the same as murder. the doctor advised that my sister be aborted but my mom said no. now shes 18 and it wouldve been murder to take her life away. commandment number6: thou shalt not murder. it doesnt matter if the baby is out yet or not.
