Just do it.

Cut out the fast food joints, or have the salads, get rid of all the junk food in your house and replace it with fruits and veggies.

It's hard, but you can treat yourself with the mini candy bars or the occasional big mac.

You don't have to cut out the junk completely, just balance it with better foods.

If you cannot afford to visit with a nutritionist then go on-line and visit websites that talk about general health and all the foods you need for your body to function properly. Also look up the USDA Food Pyramid Guide for help. Glad to see someone interested in eating healthily=)

Well it is like this YOU ARE IN CONTROLL OF WHAT YOU PUT IN YOUR MOUTH. The food does not put itself in your mouth. So it is your resposibility to eat right. Just tell your self that you are in controll of what you eat. Also do not buy unhealthy food if it is not in the house you will not eat it. Do not even think about going into a place that serves unhealthy food. You make the choices make them count.

Its a matter of commitment & changing the way you eat.

Its very hard to do, but if you try to stick to it. Its amazing what you can accomplish. Instead of eating candy, try eating carrot sticks or some small tomatoes diped in ranch dressing

It's a complete lifestyle change... You have to plan meals, and cut the crap right out... If you don't have it in the house, you won't eat it... When shopping make healthier choices, fruits and veggies as opposed to chips and cookies...
Try not to go to fast food places, eliminate pop...

Make the time to make real food for yourself, and don't wait until you are almost starving before eating. It's the fast food that is extremely unhealthy.

the way you could do that is controling your mouth because your mind control it and eat healthy and stop thinking about food or go on a diet or only eat 1,000 calroies a day

When you go the the grocery store don't buy items you know would be good for you. Instead of eating out take your lunch.
