I need some advice. My diet is not the healthiest. I tend to eat packaged foods that are easy to make due to a lack of time (I'm a full-time student working two jobs) I've recently also lost 20 pounds but the problem is I'm very lazy and I don't sleep well even when I'm tired from being at work all day (12hrs). I also get headaches a couple times a month.

Also sometimes food makes me sick for no reason. It could be something like eggs or a veggie sub...it doesn't make sense bc it's just eggs and vegetables but sometimes I can eat something and then one day it upsets my stomach. Does anyone have an idea why this could be?

(and I'm not pregnant or buelimic or anorexic)

If you dont eat for a while, like you skipped a meal or something, you can experience nausea when you do eat. I dont know for sure, but I think it has something to do with stomache acid producing gas in your stomach. The best remedy is drinking something hot (I prefer tea because if it does make me throw up, it taste good coming up), wait about 15 min and then try to eat again. Carbonated drinks help too, but I stick with tea becuase its healthier.

Your headaches are likely caused by low blood sugar. Hunger triggers headaches.

Keep snanks with you in class and at work. It only takes one second to bite a granola bar in your pocket.

Probably stress and anxiety - both can cause diarrhea that is not related to what you are actually eating...try exercising, mediatation or whatever helps reduce your stress levels. Since you seem concerned about your diet, try creating your own pre-prepared meals on the weekends or whenever you are having a bout of insomnia, then you'll have easy to prepare, healthier choices.

its just bc ur busy and u have a lot of things going on. its normal. but just try not to eat a lot of packaged and soup in cups and stuff like that. like on the way to work or school, have a fruit- apples, or grapes, or veg,- like tomatoes. and when u have the time, eat good food like steak or chicken and pasta w/ organic marinara sauce or some good sauce. hope it helped. o and salmon is very good or other fish- they have a lot of omega 3 proteins!

just sounds like your system is messed up..you need to eat at least on good healthy meal every day.....that packaged stuff doesnt have any nutrients in it and you need that to stay healthy...your stomach is revolting against the healthy food cause you have been living on junk.....so just eat one healthy meal a day and you should stop getting sick.
