US Air is without a question the poorest run US Airline. Their baggage service in Philadelphia, a hub, is a total joke. They don't care and it shows.

United. Their service is bad and the air hostesses are not friendly. I had it once and swear never going back.
Do they know I'm spending a lot of money for their services?

US Air is the worst one I have ever flown, and Continental is the best.
