NO! and the devil never would in the first place. Hell was constructed in the first place for the Devil and his angels. His end is already sealed in the prophecies.

Satan is the enemy of God..he doesn't want forgiveness, he holds God in utter contempt for His authority, he wants to be WORSHIPPED..even asked Christ to do it. Many people worship satan unwittingly, he likes to hide behind symbols, images, idols and the bodies of men that will allow themselves to be bowed down to; because he is the prince of this world.

Mat 4:9 And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.

Joh 12:31 Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out.

(Mar 3:28) Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:
Mar 3:29) But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:

Mat 12:32 And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.

Mat 25:41 Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:

(Rev 12:7) And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
(Rev 12:8) And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
(Rev 12:9) And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

Joh 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Jam 2:19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.

Well, the story is that Satan was a very high angel of God for time unknown and like all angels, followed Gods commands. These angels were of free will and perfect and very well know the punishments involved for disobedience....like Adam and Eve. Satan one day rebelled and convinced a third of the angels to rebel as well ( must have been a heck of an influence). In God's eyes, there is no excuse for this and a permament ban on them was the result.
So, why are we forgiven and they are not? Since we are with sin and are not perfect, we are expected to make mistakes due to our imperfect condition. God understands this and forgives those who truly are sorry. Since the angels, and Adam and Eve were without sin and perfect, there was no excuse for their behavior and no forgiveness.
The plan later for us imperfect people is that after Armageddon and the resurrection, we will have 1000 years to achieve the perfect state that was lost. Once there, we will be tested by Satan again. Even at this time, there still will be those who will follow Satan. They, along with Satan will finally be eliminated once and for all. At least that's what I learned.

satan committed blasphemy against the Holy Spirit and this is the unfogivable sin. So did the other fallen arc-angels and lesser angels. Over 1/3 of heaven according to Enoch. They have repented in a sense because they wanted God to forget their offense but Almighty God refused because of their hearts. Angels do have hearts and free will. Hate has consumed satan just as it will consume human who live their lives for revenge.

Many assume that Satan would never sincerely repent of his sins. He might ask forgiveness, but he would not truly repent; therefore, he could not be forgiven.

Not all religious people believe this, however. Some Universalists believe that everyone, even Satan, will find forgiveness eventually.

Well, it can't happen, because the angelic nature of Satan is not capable of changing its mind. Unlike humans, angels have complete knowledge from which to make decisions. He made his a long time ago. But if he COULD, yes, God would forgive him.

Satan has no need to apologize. He's doing the exact work G-d set him to do.

Imagine you're a martial artist. If you lay in bed all day and never move, will you get good at martial arts? Of course not. If you just go through drills, will you get good? Still no -- you'll learn the basics but never be GOOD. To be GOOD, you need an opponent, you need an adversary.

However, your adversary isn't out to seriously harm you. He will fight at your level, maybe SLIGHTLY above, to encourage you to strengthen and improve. Should he genuinely injure you, his attack ceases immediately and he tends your wounds or lets the medics in.

Likewise, if there were no spiritual challenges in life, the spirit would be atrophied and meaningless. Satan is G-d's appointed sparing partner for mankind. Satan challenges us in order to call us to do better. If ever he were to push too far, immediately he would pull back and let G-d step in to correct things.

Satan has nothing to apologize for. He is loyal still.

I believe that it is impossible for Satan to repent since nowhere in Scripture is it given that fallen angels can be redeemed. Satan knew the truth but chose to oppose it and was cast out of Heaven and is full of revenge as to strive to bring as many mortal humanity down into Hell with him.

how do you know he hasnt? and this could be taken 2 different ways, jesus died for mans sins, not sins of his other creations, therefore they are not saved through jesus. if god is truly forgiving then he would forgive in stances like the OT, perhaps satan has to make a sacrifice or what not. satan himself is not anymore sinful then we are, as angels were created by god, we were created by angels and god. "let us make man in our image"
that is a good question, something to think about.

If he truly meant it, God would forgive him. Not going to happen, but I believe that God is looking forward to the day when even SAtan repents from his sins.

tremendous question. God has already set up the "sport" such that devil loses each thing if he asks for forgiveness. He loses his identity and rationalization for being. He loses his minions and potential, and all the relaxing that is going alongside with that. God has wide-spread those floor regulations. God is conscious that that is unacceptable to devil. both God and devil are hence content fabric to proceed the war and take the features as they arrive. devil ought to purely resign as a level to crash the gadget if he were particular that he replaced into going to lose the "sport". yet then he would not be straightforward, ought to he? Presuming that God is omniscient, he would not settle for an insincere plea from devil. hence, devil ought to purely be able AND prone to make an apology in actual actuality if he were particular that he replaced into going to lose the game. because devil has no longer requested God for forgiveness, the implication is that devil can nevertheless win the game, no longer God, and devil is conscious it. however, if devil is conscious that inquiring for forgiveness ought to end the war and produce an end to the which technique of devil, God, and guy, devil should be continuing the war out of a sheer want for meaningfulness of life, a love of sin, spite, or to make life exciting for God.
