Whenever I wear High Heels my ankles crack when I walk. Is there anything I can do to relieve this? (Besides not wearing them!)

I've heared this before and the best possible answer is that it is caused by very strong ligaments in your ankles rubbing off one another when you walk. I believe phisio helps this by softening up the hard ligiments and making them more flexable.. Try exercising your feet before you wear heels by stretching them and rotating them to loosen them up . do this often..

My ankles crack when I walk without any shoes on. You've must have sprained an ankle at some point in your life. If this is the case, there will be nothing you can do but just not wear shoes that make your ankles crack. Furthermore, I dont wear heels.
