my flat iron has this film of burnt hairspray on it. how can i clean it off?

I use a damp washcloth and it comes off pretty easily. Make sure the straightener is off and completely cooled.

I usually just take a pair of scissors and just scrape away. Good luck!

while it's cool use some rubbing alchohol that usually takes off anything!

try some witch hazel and a cotton swab
its like alcohol but more mild
