I saw the recipe on a calendar, from the U.S. Poultry association, but am not sure how to find it.

The recipe had both chicken as well as fruit (cranberries) in it. It looked delicious.

Well my first suggestion would be to check their website to see if they have the recipe's for all the dishes on the calendar. If that doesn't work then try the foodnetwork website. They pretty much have every recipe one could imagine and then some on there. You might even find a modified version of the one you saw. Hope that helps!!
