i really want an emo haircut. i am only 14 and my mom wont let me dye my hair. please help! any ideas? my hair is dirty blonde. how do you think i should cut it?

I really want an emo haircut. Wow 5 years ago emo didnt exist and now 14 yr old girls wanna get an emo haircut. How about just be a normal kid. Life will be much easier for you and you will have much more fun than cutting yourself and feeling deppresed for no reason.

I love emo haircuts! Now, there is this really cute hair cut that is pixz short in the back and somewhat like that on the top. Off to one side is this peice of hair that should stop at mid-check. And if you want a color in your hair, first start with highlights. Its an ease into the color hair and it may work on your mom. And if you still want colored hair very, Very VERY slowly keep bringing it up. Hope this helped. ^_^

Dyeing your hair kills it, but if you really want the haircut you should sit down and have a serious talk, and act mature about it. She may compromise better if you do that. You can get the cut, but if your planning to dye your hair black, it will be a drastic change. Just make sure you really want it.

dont die your hair black cos it might wash out your skin, ask your mum if you could die it brown and get a kind of emo swoop like a shorter one because it will grow and she cant do out about!! thats what i did cos im the same age and i used to be emo but now i keep the hair!

just get a really cool emo hair cut, you dont have to have your hair died, dirt blonde hair with an emo style hair cut would be just fine until you decide youve had enough and want to dye it yourself or wut ev..

at 14 your expressing yourself - go to a professional though if you use the wrong product or cut it yourself it could be a disaster!!! talk to your mom and explain you want to be your own person and she should understand (within reason of course)....
