I would say don't see him to much. And when you do pull yourself away from him. Give him yourself(not sexually), but not too much. He might not want you to leave sometimes, but go anyways. He'll be calling you or going to see you sooner then what you think. Talk on the phone, but not for too long. If he likes you, you'll notice that he calls you more or wants to see you more often. It works! Just hang in there, it's not easy.

Move on with your life. Seriously. As soon as he sees your happy without him, he'll flip. The trick is to not overdo it. If you two are in the same place together and you act like he's not there and that your having a BLAST, it will be obvious. Make eye contact, smile, say hello, ask how he is, then go back to your friends and be yourself (while smiling and having fun of course.) Just make sure he's even worth your time anymore. If he dumped you for no good reason, he's gonna be the one who's hurting eventually.

You need to allow him to associate you with something else he misses. If you remind him of maybe something fun he used to do, he will associate you with that and from then on you will remind him of it. It could be as simple as having a real conversation, and maybe he hasn't had one in a while, he will start to miss that and you are the one who reminded him of what it is like. That's the only way I can think of doing that without letting him know you are interested.

Write him a note or give him a small gift so that everytime he reads the note or sees the gift he will be reminded of you. Or spend lots of time with him for a few days and then don't see him at all the next few. He will definitely miss you.

You can't! He's either into you or not. Have your own life, friends and hobbies and don't be there every time he calls (even if you are there). Don't be at his beck and call like you have no interests other than him. Don't give it up every thime you're with him. If it's too easy, it's too easy.
