you may have a slight infection, i had my last ear pirecing in dec 05, i still clean it regulary with surgical spirit, alternavly, salt and hot water is just as good.

you may be having an allergic reaction to the metal that the earing is made of. Alot of people are allergic to nickel containing earings. Remove your earings, use some hydrogen peroxide to clean it up, leave the earings out untill it clears up, and then try some sterling silver earings. If you are allergic to your earings, the only way to clear it up is to remove them.

it doesn't matter how long you have had your ears pierced, infections will occur if you wear earrings that your not use to wearing . just put some alcohol on them and you should see them getting better soon.

take out the earrings if they are in. put on peroxide every night. when you put earrings back in wear only gold.

Better quality earings... the cheap ones can cause that.

clean it with saline until it goes the right colour, infection can easily cause you to go deaf and sometimes it can even damage this like your cochlea, which meens you will not be able to keep your balance
