NO - honey, you are beautiful. A general rule of thumb for weight is 100lbs for 5' and 5 lbs for each inch over 5' - so 120 for 5' 4". That means you're perfect - probably stunning with all of that muscle!

If my maths is right, I make your BMI to be just under 20. The average normal is between 20-25, so you probably fine for someone doing such strenuous training. But you probably don't need to go any lower either.

Don't forget that at 15 you are still developing and your body isn't the "finished product" yet. It is still a work in progress. Wait until you are a few years older and see how you feel then. Lots of other girls your age may still look child-like and if you are more developed (especially with the gymnastics) this is probably colouring your view.

Wait a few years and it evens out - the late developers catch up and you'll probably feel you look the same as them and no different.

You are not fat. I can tell you are like athletic & you have an athletic build & thats probably why you weigh 118 obviously. You don't look at all chubby though!

I'm 14 & 5'4" or 5'5" & I weigh102 [but I will eventually weigh 97!!! I hope..], but thats only because the only sport I do is Cross Country & I don't have any muscle basically, plus I'm built lanky with long legs. You are thin-low end of average. But if you do want to loose weight try going vegetarian for a month or so .. I've been a vegetarian since I was like 9 lol & it helps me stay thin.

Look I'm 14, 5'5 and I'm 146 lbs if I am slim you must be Anorectic, I have allot of muscle on my body being a cross country runner so I think you must have a better body then mine thats for sure. If you are thinking you are fat when you are this weight you might want to talk about it with someone I used to suffer with obesity I used to be 234 lbs at the age of twelve and I was 4'9 I think you must be very fit and skinny. =D lucky thing

You are far from fat, you just have a lot of muscles and it's needed since you are a gymnast and muscles do weigh more then fat. Unless your arms are sagging to the ground or jiggling ever time you move, you are NOT fat.

Can you not see how thin you are? You are absolutely tiny. If you were to go down to under 100lb, you would look skeletal and ill. I think you might have a body image disorder, where you don't see yourself as the beautiful slim girl that you are when you look in the mirror. I bet everyone tells you that you look very thin, but you don't believe them, right? Please, you have talk to someone about this, before it gets out of hand. You will make yourself very very ill if you go down to under 100lb....trust me I know, because I've been there. You need to realise that you are gorgeous and perfect the way you are. Please, take care : )

You're not fat at all, you're beautiful the way you are. I hate it when people ask if you are fat, because alot of illnesses such as bulimia and anorexia stem from this, i know because i have been there. As long as you are healthy and happy with yourself, that is all that matters. You have nothing to worry about, you look fab!

Are you serious? You're perfect honey. If you really feel so down about yourself perhaps you need to talk to someone about it. Maybe you could talk to your mum or your family doctor? It's obviously worrying you and making you miserable for you to be posting your pic on here. Please get some help and don't suffer alone. You're in great shape and really don't need to worry but I think no matter how many of us say the same, you're not going to believe us. Talk to someone close to you and learn to love yourself x x x

You are definitely not overweight-if anything slightly less than average for your height and age.You look pretty fit to me.Don't worry too much about your appearance-your 15,fit with natural good looks-just enjoy yourself!
If you feel really worried and think about your weight a lot then speak to someone-your parents, teacher or doctor and they will help you realise you are not overweight!
