I have long wavy hair that is very thick and after I grow it out a little longer I want to get it cut up to my shoulders. The problem is whenever i get it cut it always poofs out. are there any cheap creams (I've found these work the best) that I can get to diffuse the volume?

I have the SAME situation going on......I use Herbal Essences new line. I use the None of your frizzness version. It is in a red bottle. It works awsome and is inexpensive. Try getting your hair cut in layers and flat iron it.

your hair will always grow back.
but if you don't like the poof the use suave cream or gel to layer it down what ever you choose will be perfect.

don't shampoo it every day that usually maybe do it every other - that helps me and if you just rinse it maybe put a bit of leave in conditioner.. herbal essences is a good line and inexpensive and smells great!
