Lots of water and fiber supplements!!! Fiber fights off hunger!!! Try buying some Benefiber and adding it to your water. If the hunger is still there, try milk. Good Luck!

You should try to avoid diet pills which say that they can suppress your appetite, because 9 times out of 10, they have a lot of side effects. You should try drinking water more. Water makes you feel full. Drink tons of it. Eat more times a day. Make a plate with small portions and don't get seconds. Eat healthy snacks.(fruit, veggies). Hope I helped! â¥

Hi,
I've tried all different diets, and the weight loss is only temporary. I finally tried diet pills on the market are made from Hoodia. I saw this stuff on ABC News. It's all natural and safe, and it works! My wife took it for a month and dropped 20 pounds. I took it for a month and lost about 13 (but I didn't exercise).
I bought the natural hoodia from this website: http://www.alllsite.info/free-diet-pills.php . I checked the web site address so I can post it here and I saw they're running a promotion now to get a free 2 week sample for only $4.97! I'm going to order this supply for my wife and give it to her for Christmas =)

Yerba mate or maté, a traditional beverage in Argentina where it's served everyday. It's a natural hunger suppresser and an aid in the relief of allergies and asthma. You could try it.

Keeping it out of the house, sugar makes you hungry so complex carbs, Hoodia helps, no jitters. Warm beverages give you a full feeling.

Foam, the Navy had survival kits where they had pills that taken with water would foam in the stomach and thus give the body the sensation of fullness. Scarse dry rations would give them the basic nutrients, and the foam would relieve them from hunger.
