Satan isn't really one single being in the bible. Like black_hole_gravity said, it means "adversary" and it's more of a title than a name. Although Lucifer still is a villain in christian mythology. He did rebel against god in the story.

Lucifer is the angel that fell. his name meant "Bearer of light." Satan, like others have said, is Hebrew for advesary, or enemy. From what I understand, Satan is the perjorative name given to Lucifer for having done what he did.
Lucifarians, from what little I read some time ago, see the devil as that same bearer of light. Through various means from the occult to the everyday technological and governmental aspects. He is seen as a liberator from the constraints of God.
I suggest looking into it on wikipedia or something.

As far as I know, Luciferians believe that Lucifer is the true god and that YHWH and Jesus have deceived their believers. They worship Lucifer as a god of light, knowledge, and even magic.

To reject God and reject Jesus Christ the Lord, Son of God, Atonement for our sins, and Resurrection.
Lucifer used to be a morning star. Satan is the big red dragon who took 1/3 of the morning star to rebel against God and fall from heaven.
