There are three men on a boat with 4 ciggarettes between them.
They have nothing to light the ciggarettes with (no matches, lighters, or any other thing you can make sufficiant heat with to light a ciggarette with) so how do they smoke?

Well they could throw one cigarette off the boat? That way they've made it one cigarette lighter!

step out of the boat and walk into the house and grab a lighter, or if they are in the boat being pulled have the driver pull over and use the lighter in the truck.
plus they smoke with their mouths and lungs not with lighters or matches.

use some twigs and spin it...then when it is lit Put tp a cig. best thing i can think of ...................is it a wooden boat? if t is use some wodd off of it...lol
