Completely! Don't be surprised if you also get them on your thighs, butt, hips, arms, and especially your growing tummy. You are not only storing extra blood, fluid, but possible a few extra fat cells. Unfortunately it comes with the territory of pregnancy. I got them on all the above. The good thing about them is that they fade over time. You can use lotions and creams to reduce the itchiness of them... but nothing can completely prevent them form happening. It sounds like you are likely to get them because of the stretch marks on the back of your legs... i had them on the sides of my hips from growing when i was younger. And unfortunately there isn't much you do to fight genetics.

Someone once told me that stretchmarks were "badges of honor". I try and think of that when looking at mine, but it's hard when it looks like I have been attacked by a bear! lol

They do fade over time, however they will never completely go away. Keeping your skin moisturized is the best possible thing to do. It's not going to keep them from coming, but it could help somewhat. Good luck with your pregnancy!

Yes its normal. I started with my stomach area when i knew i was pregnant with baby oil. I have none that i can see, and i had two kids. Keep fit as well. But baby oil may not work for you. I used it everytime after my nightly shower.
Good luck.

Yea it is normal. Try coco butter... it takes a while but keep applying and it should go away.
--Good Luck!--
