Chicken Skin?

I have had chicken skin (red bumps on my arms) since i can remember. I've heard there are creams and scrubs, but which ones work?

I like the Body Shop Almond exfoliating scrub. It does a great job and smells heavenly :D

Try to use Loofah (the skeleton of a gourd plant that's used as an exfoliating tool in the bath or shower) with your favorite body wash brand..
