back end of a anhinga. (just kidding)
It is actually illegal to collect or posess wild bird feathers either from the bird itself or from the environment (that's right, you can't even pick up feathers from the GROUND!)

Sorry I do not know..
I thought I would let you no though that if a bird is wild and endogenous to a area check with fish and game. I picked up feathers out of my pasture and sold them on ebay, they were so pretty!
Had the Fish and Game department at my door in no time! Gave me a big old ticket! Said I was not even allowed to have many different kind of feathers. The stuffed ducks (which I do not have) are even illegal to have..... he even wanted me to say it was OK to come in the house because he herd my parrot inside the house! Of course I do not let any government officials into my home. I did give and/or let him see all my Native American stuff (well what I could gather for him for I do have a lot) to make sure they were all legal and did not have anything illegal material on them or made within them. I was threatened with jail so what does one do?
So contact them make sure it is legal for you to have these feathers.....good luck finding them!
