I need a change and I wanna dye my hair a funky color (pink,blue,red....)
I have fair skin,hazel eyes and dark brown hair?
Which color do you recommand?

I'd say a nice bright pink like Atomic Pink - as your hair is dark brown you would not need to dye it all as brown and pink look great together.
