I can do you better then $20- Sunslik has a hair smoothing shampoo for about $7.
However, if you want something with more strength, "motions" has a good one, and it rund about $12-14.

No shampoo will change the form of your natural wave pattern. If your hair is wavy/curly shampoos cant make your hair super straight or anything. There are shampoos for people that have straight hair, but need something to smooth it out more.

Frizz-Ease is really good, by Mark Freta. (I think that is how you spell the name...) You can find it at like, Target, and Rite-Aid, K-mart... all that sort.
