Generally an Albion has red covered screws toward the pomel of the saddle. It will also be made of very high quality leather and should rarely be cracked or even extremely dry. There should be a number stamped into the leather. Phone any Albion dealer and give them the stamped number. If it is and Albion they will be able to look it up and tell you what kind, size and tree width it is.

Have a look at this website, selling used Albion saddles. They have a few pictures, see if any of them look like your saddle.

I wouldn't worry too much about the make. As long as the saddle fits your horse well and is comfortable for you to sit in that is all you need to worry about.
