You ordered a dessert pizza last night 18 hours ago. It's been sitting out slightly open in a box. It's sitting in a 75 degree room. Eat it or throw away?

Throw the pizza away. It may not be safe to eat.

All products should be kept at a temp of 40F - depending on the items on the pizza i.e. shelf stable toppings (those not needing refrigeration) can be kept at room temp longer. However I live by my own motto:

"When in doubt, throw it out!!"

Throw it away. Not worth the possibility of food poisoning afterwards

It is safe to eat, but would you really want it after 18 hours? Depends of your choice.

It depends on what kind it is. It is one of the fruit ones, I would eat it. It is no different than leaving cookies or cake out.

If you have some place you need to be later and don't want to be running to the bathroom then i suggest you toss it.
