You take any fruit, berry, juice, watever that contains sugars, add yeast, and let it ferment. It takes anywhere from a month to a year, depending on what you start with and what your final result is supposed to be.

There is a really good site called "Homebrewing.com"

It shows you can make wine out of anything, including potatoes and newspapers!!!

buy wine grapes put them in a bucket wash your feet and dance on the grapes in the bucket, strain grapes pour into mason jars place jars in closet and drink next season
