TV is not the cause of headaches but flickering images on the screen might cause problems with migrane and epileptic sufferers. A headache for a week is not a long time and certainly not to overly worry about. People at times do get headaches it is a normal part of life.
Many things can cause a headache such as chemical sensitivity such as cleaners and decorating; Eye strain, viruses, tiredness, dehydration, stress, noise.

Have your sons eyes checked...he may need glasses.

Also, make sure he's not sitting right up close to the TV.

With any long term viewing of TVs or computer screens, you need to give your eyes a break every hour or so and focus on something off in the distance.

Why is your kid watching so much TV anyways? He should be playing games or playing outside. Try and limit him to just 2 hrs a day, 1 hr at a time, it will be better for him in the long run.

es ofcourse, moreover the ideal distance must be observed that is multiply the size of screen with 4. example 21 inches screen 21 X 4 = 64 inches or almost 5.5 feet. you may consult your doctor for the eye test of your child. it ilase may be the cause.
