I just went on a diet, it wasnt a very healthy one though b/c I didn't eat alot but I lost 6lbs. Now I am wanting to start the WW diet, and on that diet you get enough to be full.......since I went on the diet this past week where I didnt eat much, do you think since I am now going on this diet where u eat more I will gain weight?

To answer this question I would need to know your height and weight. In addition, I would need to know how many calories you consumed prior to your 'unhealthy' diet and during your unhealthy diet. WWs diet is typically 1200 kcal per day. Depending upon your height and weight you are not likely to gain weight, but many people do not lose weight. For example: if you are 5 feet tall and weight 120 pounds you are not likely to lose weight on a 1200 kcal diet and you may slowly gain weight.

The best way to do it is to eat small amounts more frequently so you don't get super full.
