Take the number NXA9 National Express coach to Stratford Bus Station. Coaches run about every 30 minutes. Fare £8 journey time 45 to 60 minutes depending on the time of day. The Holiday Inn is about a 10 minute walk back towards London

Take the stanstead express to Liverpool st station from stanstead and then take the central line underground from liverpool st station to stratford.

there is a bus to stratford from Stansted. That should be ok i think - and a lot cheaper than taking the stupid stansted express train, which costs more than the bloody plane ticket most times...
