There is a car in question that is registered in my name and the title is in my name. However, another party has possesion of the automobile. That party is ordered by the court to not dispose of the car until the matter is resolved in county court. I however am not restricted from using the car.

Anyone who is driving the car, or who is in possession of it at the time it was stolen. REPORT IT IMMEDIATELY! the sooner you report it, the better the chance it will be recovered in 1 piece.
