all my photo software programs only reduce the pixels so I do not know how many kbs that is thanks

How you handle the file size reduction depends on the software you are using (check manual) , and the format of the file. I assume you are starting with a photo in a raw or TIFF format. You probaby want to convert it into a compressed, or JPEG, format. Usually the software or viewer you use allows you to save a photo as a JPEG, and also allows you to set the size when it is being saved.

if u mean u would like to resize the size of the pic u can by opening the picture in Microsoft Office Picture manager and click on edit pic, on the right side ull find resize but if u mean just the size file of the pic you can resave the pic using paint and chose jpeg

first of all. you can't reduce the kbs. KBS, is a rate of transfer( kilobytes per second). you can only reduce the size of the pics.
