From 33rd Street on the WEST side, you can take the N/R train to 59th Street and transfer there to the 6 train. Take that two stops uptown to 77th Street and walk East from there.
If you are on 33rd on the EAST side, you can get on the 6 train at 33rd and Park Avenue and take that to 77th Street and walk from there.
Once you get off at 77th, it is just a short walk to the comedy club. You need to walk East and then four blocks uptown. It is not hard to find, just ask someone to make sure you are headed in the right direction.

oh i know that place its on the east side of the street in the midddle of the block, as i told you before take te lexington ave trains
