I always buy nacho cheese whenever i go to theatre and i always wonder how they make that cheese and what kind it is.

Hate to tell ya, but it is usually Velveta, which comes in a square log in the supermarket. All you need to do is melt it in the microwave and voila! You can use it for dips, nachos, anything your heart desires.
(PS If you're going to make nachos, heat them up in a 350 degree oven for five or ten minutes, then melt the cheese over them -- it's delicious :)

You mean like ball park, concert, movie theater nachos, right?
Sorry, but I am pretty sure that isn't even real cheese. It's some sort of "cheese food" whatever that is.
Try nachos with some real cheese....shredded cheddar melted on top with jalepenos.

The cheese you're looking for is called Nacho Cheese, and you can get it at pretty much any grocery store, it comes in a can..hope that helped

Its melted chedder Cheese with jhalapenos mix in em easy way is to buy chadder cheese and put hot salsa on top of it warm it up in microwave For 12 minutes and you have nacho cheese.

You can buy cheese sauce in the can at the store or you can make your own from cheddar cheese and milk or Velveeta.

They make it out of soybeans, its sort of like plastic I think with orange dye, bixa probably. Get some real cheese instead like cabot sharp cheddar maybe, then some black beans, could be refried, some onions and scallions, some chipotle smoked salsa, Frontera is best. It makes a very tasty and healthy meal. Could put lettuce and tomato with it too. Great with good beer.

The place I worked used a spicy Cheez Whiz. Do Not use cheddar, unless you make a sauce, it will be too greasy (think about those old velveta commercials) and there is a mexican velveta that would work too!

It's a Cheeze Whizz product. You can buy it in the grocery store and blend chilis with it and pour it over chips. It's not good for you but I guess when you're looking for a snack, you don't care.
