"Penblwydd hapus" is the safest greeting. An alternative is "penblwydd dedwydd", which is happy in the sense of blessed.
"Pob hapusrwyd ar dy benblwydd" (familiar form) or "Pob hapusrwyd ar eich penblwydd" (polite form) means "Every hapiness on your birthday".
"Cyfarchion cynnes ar dy benblwydd/ eich penblwydd" means "warm greetings on your birthday".

There is no precise way word for word but for you to say happy birthday = penblwydd hapus
so to add many happy returns say well you would say
Penblwydd Hapus iawn a llawer ohonynt!
=Have a very Happy Birthday and many of them!

umm I don't think you really say many happy returns in welsh.
many is llawer and happy is hapus and return is ymchweliad but yeah instead you could say:
mwynhau eich dydd!

Mwynhau is pronounced like MWN and then HIGH as in the English word high or hi as in hello.
Eich is pronounced like EYE-CH
anrhegion is pronounced pretty much how it's spelt.
a double d in welsh is pronounced 'th' like how you say it in the word 'the'
So it's DEE-TH for the word dydd
and hapus is HAP-ISS
