Can anyone tell the best Christmas pudding to buy in the UK? Apologies if it's a bit too early in the year to ask.

The Queen gets Tescos Luxury Christmas pudding because that is supposed to be the best but I find all ~christmas puddings too rich

Sainsbury's do a special range at the moment. The best by far is Dogdirt and Gazelle, containing real big chunks of both!!

Really sugest you try it - it took me to another world!

Whichever one you get, try it accompanied by a glass of Moscatel de Valencia sweet white wine. BTW, only 39 days to go at the time of writing.

the best Xmas pud to buy is the one from the year before. it matures and taste so much better.

forget christmas pudding. get M&S blackberry and apple crumble topped off with haagen daz vanilla ice cream. pure bliss
