This girl at my work, at least once day, says "Let's F***" or "When are we going to F***?" I always thought she was joking until today when I asked her if she was serious and she said yes! She wants to come over tonight at 6:00 to get it on. I just have to call her back to confirm. She's not much in the face but the body is rockin'. So what should I do? Should I compromise our working relationship? (We are cooks at KFC) Or should I give in to temptation? Does that make me promiscuous as well or is it just her that's being promiscuous because she initiated it?

You could, of course, preserve your reputation and personal standards as well as your physical integrity by passing on the opportunity to harvest the combined microbiological zoo of the local environs upon yourself. Condom or not, sticky stuff trades places. And this chick will tell everyone, count on that - and then you're stuck with that baggage. If you're horny, both of you are single, and old enough to make such a decision (are you over the age of majority where you live?), then you are both making a conscious decision to do this and it's okay. If things don't work out for you two, quit and work at McDonalds. The pay is about the same, isn't it?

Doesn't necessarily mean she is promiscuous because she is bold, direct. Does it mean you are the same because you are not a virgin? If what the both of you want is made clear to start, go for it. Just be sure to use a condom, no matter what.
