looking for one that the majority of the menu is german not just some of the items

Mader's is one of the most well known, but it's not nearly the only one. I've never been, but I think it's the place the tourists go. Which doesn't mean it's bad!

There's also Karl Ratzch's. This is my brother's fave.

There are tons more, but these are your best bets.

If I remember right, the only one is Mader's. There's a couple of new ones that have opened up outside the city, but nothing that compares to Mader's.
