It is better now, but I could use some extra advice. I am seeking for something over-the-counter.

Sip on anything you can keep down like hot Tea but drink lots and lots of water and flush all that sh*t out of you. Been there done that! Sorry. They say that sea food is the worst but I can tell you that poisoned chicken will kick your...... good luck.

1 or 2 teaspoons cider vinegar in 8 oz (1 cup) of water will help to settle your stomach. Take small sips every 5 minutes or so. Hope you feel better soon...

Only had food poisoning once -- that was enough!

Once you stop heaving out both ends, take only clear plain water. When you can keep that down, you can graduate to BRAT: Bananas, Rice (plain), Applesauce (unsweetened), and Toast (plain). Once you can keep that down, you can resume light eating.
