Well Peter Cheese E, I suppose it depends on whether it is the taste or the consistency that you like so much? Obviously you can have pizza without cheese, but it would be a tad boring. As for sandwiches, there are zillions of options other than cheese (ok maybe slightly exaggerated). Beans on toast with sauces and pickles might fill the cheesy gap; or some people like tofu. And no, you are not a freek, you just need to try some new recipes. Happy eating!

Try buying a really strong, good quality parmesan cheese. That way, you can add some cheese to a meal and get the taste of cheese, but you eat very little of it. Also, you are much less likely to just eat a block of parmesan on a crackers or on its own.
If I buy normal cheese, it's gone in a day. A block of parmesan lasts me months!

I love cheese! If you live in the UK, go to the supermarket called Morrisons and get yourself some sticky toffee cheese from the deli at the back of the shop! It's gorgeous!
You aren't a freak. Plenty of people love cheese!

It sounds ridiculous yet we frequently are addicted to meals that we are allergic to or a minimum of illiberal of. it is likewise unfair! the only element you're able to do is to no longer consume it, i'm afraid..and it would be easier to try this in case you asked your mom to no longer purchase any for each week or 2 while you get used to doing without it..otherwise the stuff would be there, watching you from the refrigerator and whispering away approximately how one little chew in all probability won't injury. The undesirable information is that in case you do be able to renounce ingesting it for a whilst and then come to a determination to attempt it lower back, your reaction would be plenty extra suitable; the stable information is that once 2 or 3 weeks you will be over the actual cravings. interior the period in-between..have you ever tried lamb's or goat's cheese? lots of people who've a issue with cow's milk don't have one with that of goats and sheep and a few of those cheeses are fairly fairly priced those days. additionally...in case you're taking a microwave dish and fill it with layers of onion, thinly sliced potato, carrot, and the different vegetables you like with a sprint salt and pepper to style, then upload a pair of tablespoons of water, conceal and microwave at 650 to seven hundred watts for ten minutes, then attempt for tenderness and supply it a jiffy extra in case you are able to desire to and so one..this tastes quite as though it has cheese in it. Blessed if i be attentive to why,yet there it somewhat is. I even have served this to somebody who could no longer consume cheese and replaced into accused of having ignored their hypersensitivity!

Me too! I feel something is wrong if I haven't had my daily dose of strong cheddar or some really smelly Brie!

Cheese contains tyrosine, which is a precursor of the neurotransmitter dopamine, which may form part of the "reward" mechanism in the brain. Cheese makes you feel good, and I'm sorry but lettuce doesn't.

Other foods rich in tyrosine : seafood, herring, turkey, pulses (especially soya, so you could try tofu for a healthier alternative).

Nothing wrong with cheese. Cheese makes everything better.

Reminds me of a cheese joke...

A Mexican family crosses over the border to the Land of Milk and Honey where the streets are paved with gold. But the husband can find no work.

His family is hungry, so he takes a walk to a quiet place at the foot of a big hill, kneels at the base of a tree, and begins to pray: "Sweet Jesus, please show me a way to feed my family..."

Eyes closed, the Mexican does not see a man coming over the top of the hill, who is stumbling wildly with a broken grocery sack. When the Mexican man opens his eyes, a large wheel of cheddar cheese rolls down the hill an lands at his feet!

"Oh, thank you Jesus, thank you!" he cries, grabs the cheese, and runs straight home. Upon returning home, he gives the cheese to his wife and instructs her to make nachos.

"But wouldn't you rather have cheese enchiladas and burritos and other things?" she inquires.

"No," the husband says, "Jesus sent this to me with a message... As I ran home,

I kept hearing Him yell, ' THAT'S NACHO CHEESE! THAT'S NACHO CHEESE!'
