I find that any time of the day is a good time to have a drink myself. For Breakfast or with you morning coffee a Water glass of wine. Then a Beer for Before noon. and Whiskey for supper...

Some say NOON!
But, I have and have seen earlier!
Some people say, any time you are out of work, which could be any time!!

I have been a bartender for 3 1/2 years now, and I have seen it all!
I think it is decent to have a beer or glass of wine with your lunch.
I serve it to people all day!

The question is, is it going to be your first srink? Or your ONLY drink for the day?

This one is easy.

First glass of wine has to wait for the work day to end. Weekends need to make sure that all the work and errands for the day are done.

Beer is fine once the first sporting event for the day starts. It helps if you're going to at least watch a couple minutes of it.

Whiskey goes by the old saying--it's noon somewhere. Otherwise, anytime.

Depends, are we talking during the week or on the weekends? If you are into sports and you tailgate, most people start around 11am.

Some people enjoy a nice glass either as soon as they get off work and go to happy hour or as soon as they get home.

Then you have those people who go by the local government laws and start buying drinks at 7am from the local stores.

Personally, I enjoy drinking once there is nothing else to do for the day. All the kids are away and the chores are done. That way you can truly enjoy it.

Wine: 7:00 a.m.

Beer: 12:00 noon

Whiskey: Not a drop before 4:00 p.m.
That is if you are still awake enough to remember the whiskey!

FIRST glass? Sounds like you're going a ways there haha. So really there's no certain time of day that is right. Just that you should watch your intake and not drink too much and you should eat plenty and try to space out your drinking as well. Like don't drink a lot at once. And if you have to get up early the next day then you should stop drinking at least 3 hours before bed I estimate :).

theres no certain time you can drink when u wake up if u want :P but if u ever heard the song "5 o'clock somwhere" ? thats more of a common time to get your DRINK on! lol, more common around this time cuz most people who work the 9-5er (8 hour shift) get out of the office and wanna go home and start pounding some beers!

i does not do it. it is better to stop early than overdo it. Whiskey is really diverse from wine too so that you may get unwell from the surprising replace in alcohol factor and thickness. now to not indicate the higher likelyhood of a hangover contained in the morning. in case you come back to a call to have that extra drink, please do notcontinual less than any circumstances.

Isn't the old saying "It's 5 oclock somewhere" and then Mimosa's and Bloody Marys work at Breakfast, so why not other times too!
