The best pub in that part of London is the White Horse, Parsons Green. It certainly isn't the nearest to the ground, but isn't too far away.

Crabtree Arms(or something like that). Walk upriver from the ground. Its on the waterfront (if you walk upstream on the towpath you can't miss it). Good food, very large outside area, decent ales. Good mix of home and away fans.
