A bottle has about 40 or 50 grams of sugar. 4 grams is a spoonfull, so thats 10 or 12 spoonfulls. Corn syrup is natural, so its not as bad, and i think it is included in the total amount.

The average 12 oz. can of soda has 40 grams of sugar. So, a 64oz drink would have over 5 times that much. It would be over 200 grams of sugar, depending on the type of soda

On a not so recent investigative News broadcast, they informed
that 25 percent of the ingredients are composed of sugar or
by-sugar products. Which is alot anyway you look at it. They
have now concluded it is one of the leading causes of young

In the mood for a hot meal? Make a big pot of veggie bean soup, divide into two-cup containers, and store inside the freezer. Before bed, place a container inside fridge, then grab it before heading out the door every day.

Better to drink Diet Pepsi. It has no sugar and tastes just as good.

if you look at the carbohydrates then that will tell you how much sugar is in something. you do not have to look at the sugar grams...the carbohydrates total will tell you how much sugar is in the total per serving

Eat in front of a person rather than screen. It cuts down on mindless eating and makes you more accountable for each bite.
