my current boyfriend dosen't like to use and refuses to use condoms, I can't afford health care to get birth control so we have to how do i tell him that we can't unless he uses a rubber?

Lose him. I know it might sound harsh, but if you can't afford birth control pills, you can't afford a kid either, or medical bills for that matter if you get an STD.
He obviously doesn't love you enough to protect you (and himself) from that stuff. Men who don't use condoms are jerks and a few other nasty words that I can't say here :P

Just tell him you can't unless he uses a rubber. He should respect you enough to do that. Also good for you for suggesting that. It's dangerous not to use some version of control.

Fact from fiction, truth from diction. If you can not afford to have a kid, or feel the need to wear a rubber during sex, you should not be having sex. Like trying to gamble when you done have enough money to pay the light bill.

It's simple, you have the right to say no to anything. Let him know that if he cares enough about you, he will use a condom. If he cannot respect that, then you need to stand your grounds.
Make him think a little bit. Think about the consequences of a child out of wedlock or an unwanted child. He needs to think about that rather than himself.

Insist on the condom....I learned a very hard lesson and ended up with HPVgenital warts because I trusted a man....and he did not want to use a condom....
I live with this for life now.....
INSIST ON THE CONDOM....and if he can't....oh well he can't have you honey....

COVER IT UP....
be safe....
enjoy life....live life....use a condom......
PS...go to your local family planning, they have free or reduced coverage....and supply condoms.....

Tell him that if he wants to be with you, he has to respect you enough to use a condom. Alternatively you could always tell him that if he doesn't want to pay for child support then he would be well advised to use them.

what a jerk!!!! im a guy and even i know that you need to respect your girlfiend and her body. if he wont have sex with a rubber then do not have sex with him. it would be a whole different story if he was the one at risk of getting pregnant

Tell him it's sex with a condom or no sex at all. If he's not responsible enough to use a condom, he's definitely not responsible enough to raise a child....
