maybe you should think about your past relationship. if you thought that he was absolutely perfect then think about it but it depends who broke up with who and how they did it. i think that if you really feel that you want to go for it. maybe you could IM him or send him a text message or something so he won't feel awkward telling you the truth.

Why not take thing slowly. Be patience try make a schedule with him. Plan when both of you are free and make sure you when to a suitable place to express your feeling with him. Good luck.

if you dumped your ex then why do you want to talk to him/her. if he/she dumped you then maybe its because they don't love you its happened to me once. my ex cheated on me and than dumped me just because he had sex with one gurl and enjoyed it. I feel sorry for you
