I don't see why not. Veg-All is a product of mixed veggies only in a can and you won't have to wait for them to thaw. Just make sure you drain the liquid off before adding to the pot pie. The only thing you are doing with a pot pie is reheating the filling and baking the crust/top.

the veggies are apt to be mushy, canned vegs have been sitting in liquid for who knows how long. At least the frozen veggies will start out firmer, also there are more nutrients in frozen veggies than in canned. Better yet, why not use fresh?

Yes you can use chicken stock for the gravy or if you want vegetarian use vegetable stock. Frozen mixed veggies are good.

Well, you could but I think the frozen vegetables would be much, much better because they would blend in with the bisquick and taste delicious.

Yes drain it well before using it. The veggies will be mushier in texture, but the taste should be the same. You have made me hungry!!!
