Don't know about BBQ, but I hear they are having grilled Republicans at the Senate.

You are screwed either way. DC is very bad for BBQ. If you are really craving bbq, just drive a couple hours south or west. If you are stuck in DC, I would say rocklands, or old glory. SOrry for the bad news but as a transplanted southener I have had to deal witht he bad bbq for almost 10 years.
