I woke up at night with a buzzing sound and i decided to prepare for astral travelling. This is the second time it has happened and the first time it just happened naturally.I tried to give it a go and when i was falling asleep,i saw my body had risen 1m high and it felt so good and light.I then saw i was now facing down and instead of going high,i saw i was going down. All this was happenig at home in our garden and ther was green corn growing.I knew i was going right under ground and i decided to open my eyes.I was scared that maybe the mischief spirits would suffocate me and when i woke up i wondered if my spirits wanted to show me some medicine since im a a natural healer and i dream a lot of medicine.Im confused, please help me!

It is dangerous because during your astral travel, you might meet demonic force and cut off your silver cord connected to your physical body. It is best to do soul travel or dhammakaya body travel.

Why do you believe in spirits that would suffocate you? You will experience the equivalent of your beliefs.

Give yourself suggestions that no harm can come to you; use whatever symbology, or sacred words/prayers...whatever works for you. If you experience "spirits", tell them to get behind you, that you know they have no power over you. There is no reason astral projection should be anything but a completely wondrous experience.

all I know is that my American Airlines card gives me good travel insurance so maybe you should get one.

the points system for free tickets is pretty good but i guess you don't have to pay to fly.

In your question you state that you are confused. I would agree with that assessment.
