I dont know where you are but if you were in Toronto, On I would tell you to go to B.T. Our breakfast television show does car seat safety all the time. Or go to your DMV -Driver Motor Vehicle Branch, they also can help you. As well as where everyone else said. I would also ask the folks where you bought it if they could help with the installation. Just make sure you get the tether strap in right. It can save your Babies life. Without that in right your car seat is almost useless.
Good Luck & Have a Great Day ;-)

Try contacting your local fire dept., insurance agent, hospital or doctor's office. Babies-R-Us is also a great resource, as they have free safety seat checks about once a month.

The police dept, fire dept, welfare office, hospital, dr.'s office, and depending on the type of store you buy it at, the store personnel may be able to help, also State Farm Insurance (maybe other insurance co. too), WIC offices
