I bite my cheeks when Im sleeping, now I have this white scar tissue on the inside of my mouth. Is there something that put in my mouth while sleeping to prevent this?

I used to do this alot and sometimes find myself biting my tongue, too. I just think my jaws are too narrow, and YOUR jaws are too wide for your face... lol
Our jaws are less perfect than our prehistoric ancestors, that's why we have a dental industry and that's why there are so many issues with people's mouths it's not even worth worrying about. Ever since civilization made life easier we don't need so much mouth room and so there's been less natural selection over who has the better-designed mouth.

use bread or cotton to stretch ur skin in the cheek this should help it may take a coulpe of times doing this for the skin to adjust inaddition u may have a wisdom tooth comming in and the skin is in the way

they sell mouth guards for people who grind their teeth and i think they would help in your case also. try the kind boxers use, also used by basketball players. they probably sell them in a sporting goods store.

You can get a gum shield to wear, most dentists will have them in stock or be able to order one in for you...;

my best advice would be go to your dentist and be check for oral cancer normally you don't bite on your cheeks so make appointment quick.
